A fourteen-seat omakase counter has registered with Westminster Council and is expected to open before the end of the month.
The site on Charlotte Street was most recently a wine bar and has been registered as a food business under new ownership.
The counter will seat fourteen. No opening date has been announced publicly.
Registering with a council is a legal requirement before any food business trades, and is usually the first public sign of a new opening — though it is not the same as opening the doors.
