Chef announces first solo restaurant in Bermondsey

After eight years running someone else's kitchen, a head chef is opening their own room under a railway arch.
The restaurant will seat forty and run a short pasta-led menu that changes weekly.
The site is a railway arch that has previously housed a brewery taproom.
Opening is planned for early next year.
